ELIGIBILITY
Graduation in any discipline from any recognized university with minium 50% marks. Norms are according to the N.C.T.E., S.C.E.R.T. & U.P. Govt. (reservation as per UP Govt. rules)
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission are to be granted on the basis of merit / entrance examination and counselling by the DIET. A certain percentage of students or in the vacant seats may be admitted directly by the management. If the permission is given by the state government/Legal authorities granted as per the prescribed rules students, appearing at the qualifying examination or awaiting results can also apply but their candidature shall be subject to their clearing the qualifying examination.

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Students are required to attend all their lectures, tutorials and practical classes regularly. At least 75%
attendance is compulsory for any student to appear in the semester examination.
2. Students are required to appear for all periodical tests, internships and complete all assignments given to
them within the stipulated time.
3. Strict action will be taken to the Students absenting continuously one week from their classes, without
application.
4. Any student remaining absent for more than 15 days without prior permission of the Principal, shall be
deemed to have dropped out and his/her name will be struck off from the rolls.
5. Students are required to carry their Identity Cards, Issued by the Institute at the time of their admission, at
all times.
6. Evaluation of test assignments and projects by the faculty for the purpose of internal assessment, shall
be final and binding on the students. Any complaint in this regard shall not be entertained.
7. The student would be required to follow the time schedule as prescribed by the institution.
ACADEMIC FACILITY
1. Only valid card holder is entitled to use the Library facility.
2. Books may be borrowed for a maximum period of 15 days.
3. No Magazine/Journal/Newspaper shall be issued to any students.
4. A fine shall be charged for the period during which the book is over due or damage of books are decided
by the college administration.
FEES
1. All fees must be paid at the time of counselling/admission.
2. Students shall themselves responsible for any shortage of attendance.
3. Students who do not pay the full fees, shall not be allowed to attend the class.
4. Fee once paid, including the examination fee, shall not be refunded.
